Each One, Teach One
Rajani Foundation India’s Initiative


Every year an extensive survey is done in the month of April and May to shortlist students from economically and socially backward background and who are also first generation learners. In this way, we have undertaken the educational responsibility of 205 underprivileged students.

Four students from Fulorepada and Pisepada tribal hamlets became first in their village to appear for SSC Board Examination 2020.

PHASE-I
Phase - I
We successfully distributed all the education requirements to our 95 students who are part of RFIndia’s Each One Teach One Initiative studying in Z.P School Fulorepada, Pisepada and Chiradpada

PHASE-II

Phase - II

Travelling to the remote villages in Konkan Maharashtra through dense forest and heavy rainfall, Rajani Foundation India successfully completed its 2nd phase of distribution by providing educational aids and fees to tribal, underprivileged children who are part of RFIndia's "Each One, Teach One".

PHASE-III

Phase - III

Team RFIndia successfully completed its third phase of "Each One, Teach One" distribution of fees and stationaries at seven villages in Khalapur Taluka, Raigad, Maharashtra.We would like to appreciate the efforts of our associated NGO JanKalyan Vikas Sanstha who helped us reach the students from remote parts of these villages.

PHASE-IV

Rajani Foundation India completed its last phase of distribution by providing educational aids and fees to the students residing in Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Borivali and completing their schooling through RFIndia's "Each One, Teach One" initiative.

Water Donation

Paachad, Haal and Hardi few of the many villages facing water scarcity has been relieved of its misery for the month of May in the year 2018, 2017 & 2016 respectively by Rajani Foundation India in association with Metro Shoes & with the support of Makani Creative has supply upto 32,000 ltrs of mineral water.

Health Camps

Blood Donation
District Goverment Hospital, Udupi, Karnataka

Team RFIndia Mangalore in association with Udupi District Government Hospital Blood bank, conducted Blood Donation Camp at District Government Hospital, Udupi, Karnataka. With ever increasing diseases, ailments and number of accidents the demand for blood banks has been on the rise. Thus we does deemed it necessary to come up with such blood donation camps which are safe and use standard, sterile instrument for the same

Dental Treatment

Chiradpada, Maharashtra

Rajani Foundation (India), in association with Angel Dentist Network, we successfully conducted the dental treatments and awareness about oral hygiene for 70 students at Chiradpada, Maharashtra on 23rd and 24th February 2018. Thank you, all the doctors and volunteers of ADN.

Medical Check-ups

Fulorepada, Maharashtra

Rajani Foundation India had successfully conducted a free medical checkup for students and villagers of Chiradpada, Fulorepada & Pisepada. The medical camp provided free consulting on general check-up, sugar and blood pressure test, paediatric consulting and free medicines were provided. Approximately 200 people were benefitted by the camp.

CLEAN-A-THON
Clean-a-thon is an initiative of Rajani Foundation (India) in collaboration with United For Greater Cause which aims at spreading awareness among the masses about the hazards created due to plastic and negligence of people.

Every year since 2015 after Ganpati Visarjan, thousands of people from various background come together under the platform of Clenathon for beach clean-up. Last year all the volunteers took a #NoPlasticPledge on Juhu Beach by pledging use of no plastic on daily basis. With every passing year the number of volunteers has increased witnessing 1200+ volunteers in 2018. Along with juhu beach, Clean-a-thon was also carried out at Sanjay Gandhi National Park in 2017 & Elephanta Caves in 2018 in association with Institute of Chemical Technology.

Foldoscope

Chirapada, Maharashtra

D.G. Ruparel College conducted a foldoscope workshop through Rajani Foundation India for the student of Zilla Parishad school, Chiradpada, Maharashtra.

Art & Craft Workshop

Pisepada, Maharashtra

Students of Indian School of Design & Innovation, Mumbai organised one day Workshop on art & craft through RFIndia’s “Each One, Teach One” for the students of Zilla Parishad School, Chirapada and introduced them to the world of creativity to bring out the hidden talent of our little ones.

Sky Observation

RFIndia in association with Stargazing Mumbai had jointly organized ‘Sky Observation Program for more than 200 Tribal children and villagers of Chiradpada, Fulorepada and Pisepada village to inculcate the basic knowledge of stars & its constellations.

Every year, Team RFIndia celebrates the festival of love & care with the people who are really special in this world.Along with this RFIndia visits various orphanages & Old aged homes to celebrates festivals & various occasions to not only make them feel better but also to make them feel as a part of the society

Educational Visit
Rajani Foundation (India) has always aimed at facilitating an overall development of its students. Keeping this in view we organized an educational visit for our Mumbai students to Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai and Prakruti Festival, Bhavans Nature & Adventure Club, Mumbai

Sanitary Health Education

A workshop to direct the rural girls & women to adopt safe sanitary measurers was organized by Rajani Foundation (India) in association with MKLM’s B.L. Amlani College at Chiradpada village. The workshop was also conducted at Usha Mittal Institute of Technology’s NSS Camp, Palghar.
